David B. Silipigno Foundation. A lifelong resident of Saratoga County, David Silipigno is proud to have established the David B. Silipigno Foundation to enhance the lives of underprivileged children living in Saratoga County and outlying communities. As the founder and/or consultant of five area businesses; Principal Commercial, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Venture Capital, First Guarantee Mortgage and Saratoga Studios (which filmed its first movie The Skeptic), David has been able to give back to his community through various philanthropic efforts of the Foundation that range from grassroots volunteer efforts to major capital investments.
David has employed thousands of area employees since becoming an entrepreneur at age 19. Leading by example, he encourages staff at all levels to give to local charitable causes with both their time and money. The goal of the David B. Silipigno Foundation is to make meaningful contributions on an annual basis that support the worthwhile efforts of community-based organizations that are committed to improving the emotional, social and physical well-being of at-risk children throughout the Capital Region. His dream is to build an ongoing financial resource that supports innovative direct service programs including athletic, educational and community enrichment initiatives.
